Christopher Kennedy

Christopher Kennedy, Executive Assistant: Chris joined Youth Empowered for Success in Novemberer 2016. Chris is currently the active Director of YES. He was raised in the collegetown of Tuscaloosa located in Central Alabama. He also attended the University of Alabama, receiving a BA in Business Marketing with a specialization in Professional Sales. During his time at the University of Alabama served as the President of the Black Student Union. He is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Psi’s business fraternity. Chris has intensive experience working with startup nonprofit organization.

He is a firm believer in hard work and continues to motivate youth within his community. Chris believes the youth holds all the elements to be great, we as mentors have to ensure they find the ingredients to successful. He has been with YES since November 2016 and previously served as the Program Director for Boyz to Men.
