Application for Scholarship - 2019
- All applications must be completed by April 8, 2019.
- Only completed applications will be considered. Do not leave items blank.
- Attach a current copy of your high school and/or college transcripts. ◦You may optionally submit up to 2 letters of recommendation and other documents as applicable.
Youth Empowered - 2019 Scholarship Application Process
After the application process is completed, the Scholarship Committee will review the applications and select finalists.
These finalists will be asked to attend an in-person interview process and scholarship determinations will be based upon the combined evaluations of the application and interview process.
Scholarship recipients will be revealed at our 1st Annual 2019 Event.
