Carmen Ayala

Carmen Ayala, Community Outreach: Carmen is responsible for engaging and educating the community about YES and its goals alone with overseeing the planning and implementation of outreach strategies. She serves to connecting people in the community by creating sponsorship agreements and cultivating relationships with business, individual, and organizations.

Expert in the field of Community Outreach, she is a former Executive Director for the Democratic Party and is working to shift cultural tides by implementing change in the Latino community by creating a new generation of civically engaged Latinos.

Carmen was born in Dallas, Texas and graduated Skyline High School and pursued her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Political Science from Texas Women’s University.
