Adrian Ford

Adrian Ford, Youth Director: As an expert in Community Solutions, Adrian is an incredible advocate, motivator and communicator when it comes to articulating vision, goals and strategy. He is recognized as a valuable resource and consultant that produces the highest outcomes while making a sustainable impact in the community.

He is skilled in creating long-range strategic plans and objectives, devises innovative methods for tactically implementing those ideas.

Adrian is responsible for the growth of the Boys N2 Men program as well as its participants. He communicates the purposes and outcomes of the program to the community and specifically to potential participants, employees, volunteers and donors by making effective use of a variety of approaches.

Born in England and raised in Seattle, Adrian grew up serving his community through local agencies and his church. Adrian is prior Air Force and has been serving the community for 18 years. When not serving, you might find Adrian Traveling, working out or spending time with his Family.
